We work with each Instructor to create an approximately one-hour, professionally filmed Class that learners can purchase and watch online, on demand.
You don't teach it over and over again.
We create it together once. AULAMAX turns it into a premium digital learning product, makes it available to learners, and you continue earning from eligible sales throughout our partnership.

AULAMAX brings that experience to learners through beautifully produced digital Classes taught by people who genuinely know their subject because they've lived it.
Our Classes can explore many different areas, from business, creativity and communication to mindset, wellbeing, leadership, food, music, design and beyond.
The subject can be universal.
But AULAMAX begins here in Ireland, through the people, experiences, places and perspectives around us, with the ambition to create learning experiences to a world-class standard.

We're not interested in filling a platform with hours and hours of content simply because longer looks more valuable.
An AULAMAX Class is intentionally focused.
Approximately one hour. One Instructor. One meaningful learning experience.
We work with you to identify what you know that's genuinely worth passing on, the ideas, experiences, lessons, stories and perspectives that could make a difference to someone else.
Then we distil those into a Class that respects the learner's time.
Not more content. More value.
And no, you don't have to keep teaching it.
Your AULAMAX Class is a pre-recorded digital product.
Think of it less like signing up to teach a weekly course and more like creating something once that can continue teaching for you.
We develop the Class together.
We film it professionally.
We edit and package it into the finished AULAMAX experience.
We publish it on the platform.
Learners purchase access and watch it on demand.
And when eligible sales happen, you earn your share.
There are no weekly classes to deliver and no requirement to repeatedly present the same material to each new group of learners.
Your main commitment happens during the development and production of the Class.
We want the process to be collaborative without becoming another job for you.
We spend time with you understanding what you know, what you've experienced and what would be genuinely valuable for others to learn.
You don't need to arrive with a finished curriculum.
We'll help you find the Class within your experience.
Together, we develop the structure, key ideas, stories and learning journey.
We'll do much of the production and structural work while keeping your voice and expertise at the centre.
We professionally produce your Class.
Depending on the concept, this would typically involve approximately one to two filming days.
And we don't necessarily want to put you behind a desk in a generic studio.
Where it adds something meaningful, we want to enter your world, your kitchen, studio, workplace, workshop, environment or another place connected to what you teach.
AULAMAX handles editing, sound, graphics, photography, trailers, promotional assets and the final digital learning experience.
We publish your Class on AULAMAX and bring it to learners.
Your Class can then continue being discovered, purchased and watched without you having to teach it again each time.
You shouldn't have to become a filmmaker, editor, marketer or online-course creator to share what you know.
That's our job.
There is no production fee for you.
AULAMAX invests in creating the Class and takes on the production costs and production risk.
You bring the thing we can't manufacture:

We don't want the relationship to end when filming does.
Instead of simply paying you once for your time, you participate in the ongoing success of the digital product we create together.

Instructor Share
When AULAMAX brings the learner to your Class, you receive 30% of Net Class Revenue.
We invest in building the platform, marketing AULAMAX and finding learners. As your Class continues selling, you continue participating in its success.
50%
Instructor Direct Share
When someone purchases your Class through your unique Instructor link or code, you receive 50% of Net Class Revenue.
You bring the learner. We split the revenue 50/50.
Our initial AULAMAX Classes are expected to retail at approximately €99.

These figures represent gross Class sales rather than Instructor earnings.
Your Instructor earnings are calculated from Net Class Revenue and depend on whether each sale was generated by AULAMAX at the 30% Instructor Share or through your Instructor Direct channel at the 50% share.
Net Class Revenue generally means the amount actually received after VAT or applicable sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing fees and applicable third-party transaction fees.
Our normal costs of producing your Class, filming, editing, equipment, staff, software and ordinary marketing, are not deducted from your percentage.
Your expertise is yours. Your existing methodologies, intellectual property, books, frameworks, businesses, materials and ideas remain yours.
AULAMAX invests in creating the audiovisual production, the filmed Class, edit, graphics, photography, trailers and associated production assets, and receives the rights necessary to distribute and promote that production during our partnership.
We're not here to prevent you from continuing to teach, speak, write, practise or work within your field.
We're creating a particular digital learning product together.
The complete intellectual-property, distribution, exclusivity, payment and partnership terms are agreed transparently before production begins.
AULAMAX isn't a platform about Ireland.
It's a learning platform from Ireland.
The things our Instructors teach can be universal, business, storytelling, mindset, wellbeing, design, leadership, communication, creativity and much more.
The Irishness comes through the people.
Their experiences.
Their perspectives.

And sometimes the places in which we meet them.
We want to create something learners here can genuinely connect with while producing it to a standard capable of travelling far beyond Ireland.
